About Us

Lea Samantha Walsh -  The School’s founder & principal instructor
has 30 years dancing experience. A qualified teacher & adjudicator,
affiliated to the UKA (United Kingdom Alliance) & BATD (British
Association of Teachers of Dancing).  To give you some assurance
of experience within the world of Latin & Ballroom dancing, whilst
competing at Amateur level Lea reached top 24 in Britain, finishing 16th. 
Winning Pre-Championship competitions such as;
Champions of Tomorrow, Stars of the Future & the
Amateur East Anglian Championship. 
Lea's aim is to find the dancer in everyone. 
"Some people wait until they’re in their 50’s, 60’s or even 70’s before discovering the dancer inside them. If you can find that passion, deep inside you, that’s all I need to work with."

Kim Maynard – became a partner in the school in 2006 and now has
5 years dancing experience.  Kim primarily adopted the responsibility
of taking care of administration but now is a competent dancer with a
passion and flare for teaching beginner levels and coach classes. 
"I truly believe that dancing can be enjoyed by anybody at any level
and I have the patience to help you achieve this!"  Kim is also affiliated
to the UKA and BATD.

All instructors at the school are CRB checked.
